Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the ornaments you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Carefully wrap each glass ornament in its original decorative box and place them inside a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding to prevent breakage.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
